Kan een noodwet die verkiezingen grondwettig maken? Een ‘oplossing' zou zijn: terugkeren naar de oude kieskringen van vóór de invoering van de provinciale kieskringen; maar geen partij is daarop nog voorbereid. Olivier Maingain (FDF) heeft een alternatief: de (weder-)invoering van de héél oude ‘nationale' provincie Brabant: dat is voor de Vlaamse partijen helemaal onverteerbaar.
